The Booster Club is overseen by a Board of Officers with the following duties:

President - Presides at all meets and oversees any committee

Vice President - Acts as assistant to the President and performs any duties in their absence.  Oversees any fundraising activities.

Secretary - Records minutes of meetings and distributes copies of minutes to all members

Treasurer - Maintains custody of all funds, keeps full and accurate account of funds, receipts, and disbursements, supplies information to the board and members as requested, calculates annual budget and adheres to once approved.

The Booster Club has no involvement in the selection of meets or uniforms, level of or promotion of gymnasts or any other development decision which is the job of the coaches.

All members should feel free to bring to the officers any questions or concerns they have that pertain to the Booster Club.  It is encouraged that members take these questions or concerns to the officers FIRST, and not to the gym director, coaches or other parents.  If the officers cannot answer the question or resolve an issue, then it will be taken to the gym director.
